3.2.1.2.6. Greasing system

THE GENERAL DATA

Greasing under pressure is provided with the oil pump put in action from an intermediate shaft.

The oil pump

The shesterenchatyj pump with an internal arrangement of teeths.

Pressure of oil (at temperature 100 °):

– At 750 rpm: 0,075 МПа;
– At 2000 rpm: not less than 0,15 МПа.

Pressure of opening перепускного the valve: 0,2–0,4 МПа.

The oil filter

The replaced filter with the lateral channel for oil in case of strong pollution of a filtering element (by-pass).

Mark and type: Motorcraft EFL 344.

Periodicity of replacement: each 10 000 km of run.

Engine oil

Quantity: 5,5 дм³ (thus 0,4 дм³in the filter).

Type: all-weather oil according to API SG/CD viscosity according to SAE 10W 30, 15W 40 or 20W 50.

Periodicity of replacement (c the filter): each 10 000 km of run.
