THE GENERAL DATA

Greasing system

 1 – the oil pallet,

2 – the pipeline of giving of oil to the pump,

3 – linings,

4 – the oil pump with an arm,

5 – a cover of the oil pump,

6 – перепускной the valve,

7 – the oil filter

Removal and installation of the oil pump

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To unscrew the oil filter.
2. To unscrew four bolts of fastening of the oil pump to the block of cylinders of the engine.
3. To remove the oil pump.
4. To take a lining of round section.
5. To establish a new lining of round section.
6. To fill in in the pump of oil of 10 sm3.
7. To establish the oil pump.
8. To screw up four bolts of fastening of the oil pump to the block of cylinders of the engine.
9. To screw the oil filter.

Check of pressure of oil

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect an electric socket from the gauge of pressure of oil.
2. To unscrew the gauge of pressure of oil.
3. To the place of the gauge to screw up a manometre for measurement of pressure of oil.
4. To start the engine and to warm up it to normal working temperature.
5. To read size of pressure of oil idling and at number of turns of the engine of 2000 rpm.
6. If pressure of oil does not correspond to demanded values (see subsection 3.2.1.2.6) it is necessary to check up by turns:
      – перепускной the pump valve;
      – Grid pollution маслоприемника the oil pump;
      – Fastening and throughput of the pipeline of giving of oil to the pump;
      – Degree of deterioration of the oil pump (excessive backlashes of gear wheels of the oil pump).
7. To switch off the engine.
8. To disconnect a manometre.
9. To screw up the gauge of pressure of oil.
10. To connect an electric socket to the gauge of pressure of oil.
