Loose leaves of radical bearings

Loose leaves thin-walled. The manufacturer does not result the sizes of loose leaves.
As spare details loose leaves nominal and repair are delivered: reduced by 0,25 mm and 0,50 mm.

Rods

Rods with four distances between axes of apertures of a head and the basis for maintenance of one degree of compression in all cylinders of the engine are made. Designations "And", "In", "With" and "D", put on a lateral surface of covers of rods, define selective group of distance between axes of apertures of a head and the basis.

Method of installation of a rod concerning the block of cylinders: the letter "F", put on a lateral surface of a rod, should be from outside a system drive timing.

Diameter of an aperture of a nest of the loose leaf шатунного the bearing: 52,000–52,020 mm.

Diameter of an aperture in the plug of a head of a rod: 26,012–26,020 mm.

Distance between axes of apertures of a head and the rod basis:

 – Group And: 129,880–129,940 mm;

Loose leaves шатунных bearings

Piston fingers

The finger rotates in the piston and the plug of a head of a rod (a so-called floating finger) and is fixed from longitudinal moving by two spring lock rings.

Piston rings

Each piston has three rings: two sealing and one маслосъемное.

Installation method: the inscription "Top" (top) is directed towards a piston bottom.
