3.2.1.5. Removal and engine installation

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect from the accumulator a weight wire.
2. To remove a cowl.
3. To merge cooling system (subsection 3.2.1.11 see).
4. To disconnect the pipeline of giving of air to турбокомпрессору, the elastic pipeline of ventilation картера the engine from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders and the pipeline of giving of air between the air filter and a radiator casing (the pipeline is dressed on fastening tips).
5. To disconnect from the engine all elastic pipelines of system of cooling.
6. To disconnect from a head of the block of cylinders and from a cover of the thermostat pipelines of the cooling liquid connected to a broad tank of system of cooling.
7. To cut clips of fastening of an electric wire of the gauge of pressure of oil.
8. To disconnect a cable of a pedal of an accelerator from the lever of the fuel pump and from an arm.
9. To disconnect pipelines of giving of fuel from the filter and the fuel pump, and then the returnable pipeline from the fuel pump.
10. To disconnect the vacuum pipeline from the vacuum pump.
11. To disconnect sockets of electric wires from following elements: the generator, the gauge of temperature of a cooling liquid, the gauge of pressure of oil, a thermoswitch of the fan of a radiator, the electromagnetic valve of deenergizing of the engine (valve STOP), the proof-reader of an advancing of injection of fuel of the cold engine and the thermal switch of the automatic device of the accelerated idling of the cold engine.
12. To cut clips of fastening of a plait of wires to the left arm of an engine mount and to remove a plait of wires from the engine.
13. To disconnect an electric socket from the radiator fan.
14. To remove the radiator fan together with a radiator casing.
15. To unscrew the top right bolts of connection of the engine with a transmission.
16. To remove collars of fastening of the plug of the stabilizer of a forward suspension bracket to a body (four bolts).
17. To disconnect from турбокомпрессора an exhaust pipe.
18. To disconnect скобу, supporting forward exhaust pipe from a transmission cross-beam.
19. To disconnect from a starter sockets of electric wires.
20. To remove a starter.
21. To unscrew from an engine mount beam on one nut of fastening of the left and right elastic support of an engine mount.
22. To disconnect an electric socket from the gauge of lanterns of a backing, and then to remove скобу with an electric wire of the switch of lanterns of a backing.
23. To unscrew bolts of fastening of a sheet partition картера couplings.
24. To disconnect the end of a cable of coupling from plugs of deenergizing of coupling.
25. To unscrew all other bolts of connection of the engine with a transmission.
26. By means of a jack to prop up a transmission.
27. With the help тали to suspend the engine for скобы for lifting, to disconnect the engine from a transmission (before occurrence of an end face of a primary shaft) and to take the engine from above from a motor compartment of the car.

Installation
The prevention

All self-locking nuts to replace new.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Slightly to oil an end face of a primary shaft of a transmission.
2. Cautiously to lower the engine in a motor compartment of the car, to insert a primary shaft of a transmission into a nave of a disk of coupling. Using two bolts of fastening картера couplings to the engine (located as it it is possible further from each other), to connect the engine and a transmission.
3. A few to lower the engine and to insert bolts of elastic support of an engine mount into apertures in an engine mount cross-beam.
4. To remove таль on which the engine, and a jack supporting from below a transmission has been suspended.
5. To insert and tighten the corresponding moment the bolts connecting the engine with a transmission. To connect a wire of weight and to fix скобу with a wire of the switch of lanterns of a backing.
6. To establish a sheet partition картера couplings, tightening fastening bolts.
7. To connect an electric socket to the switch of lanterns of a backing.
8. To fix to a cross-beam of an engine mount two elastic support of an engine mount.
9. To establish a starter together with an arm.
10. To connect to a starter sockets of electric wires.
11. To connect the end of a cable of management to plugs of deenergizing of coupling.
12. To screw an exhaust pipe on a flange турбокомпрессора.
13. To screw скобу, supporting forward exhaust pipe, on a transmission cross-beam.
14. To establish collars of fastening of the plug of the stabilizer of a forward suspension bracket to a body (four bolts).
15. To establish the radiator fan together with a radiator casing.
16. To connect a socket of electric wires of the engine of the fan of a radiator.
17. To connect all sockets of electric wires and by means of a latch to fix a plait to the left arm of an engine mount.
18. To connect the vacuum pipeline to the vacuum pump.
19. To connect топливопроводы to the fuel filter and the fuel pump, having established new copper washers.
20. To connect a cable of a pedal of an accelerator to the fuel pump.
21. To connect elastic pipelines of a heating system of salon of the car to a head of the block of cylinders and to an oil radiator.
22. To connect to a head of the block of cylinders and to a thermostat cover the elastic pipeline from a broad tank of system of cooling.
23. To attach by means of a latch an electric wire of the gauge of pressure of oil to the elastic pipeline.
24. To connect two bottom elastic pipelines from a radiator to the pump of a cooling liquid and an oil radiator.
25. To insert a branch pipe between the air filter and the top casing of a radiator; to connect pipelines of giving of air to турбокомпрессору and pipelines of ventilation of the engine.
26. To connect to the accumulator a wire of weight of the car.
27. To fill in in the engine corresponding quantity of oil.
28. To fill system of cooling of the engine.
29. To remove air from fuel system.
30. To remove air from cooling system.
31. To establish a cowl.
32. To check up the maximum number of turns and number of turns of idling of the engine. In case of need to adjust them.

33. To check up tightness of connections of fuel system and cooling system.
