THE GENERAL DATA

System of injection of fuel

1 – the fuel pump,
2 – the proof-reader of an advancing of injection of the cold engine,
3 – a regulator of a dose of fuel,
4 – the electromagnetic valve of deenergizing
The engine (valve STOP), 5 – pipelines of injection,
6 – an atomizer,
7 – the pipeline of return of fuel,
8 – a washer of thermal isolation,

Knot of the fuel filter

1 – a replaced element of the filter,
2 – an arm of the filter,
3 – a drain bolt,
4 – the pipeline connecting the filter with the fuel pump

Knot of the air filter

1 – the case of the filter,
2 – a replaced element of the filter,
3 – a cover of the filter, 4 – a branch pipe of giving of air to the filter,
5 – a branch pipe of giving of air to турбокомпрессору

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To disconnect from the accumulator a weight wire.

2. Under the fuel filter to establish capacity for following fuel.

3. To unscrew an average bolt of fastening of the fuel filter, holding the filter and a glass sediment bowl.

4. To take a replaced element of the fuel filter.

5. To take a lining of round section and a lining of the top and bottom part of the case of the filter.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To establish a new lining of round section of a replaced element of the fuel filter and new linings of both parts of the case of the filter.

2. To insert a replaced element of the filter and a sediment bowl, slightly to screw in an average bolt and, having convinced by that all elements are on the places, to tighten an average bolt.

3. To unscrew a bolt of removal of air from the filter and to pump up the manual pump while following fuel will not contain air vials.

4. To tighten a bolt of removal of air from the filter.

5. To connect to the accumulator a weight wire.

6. To start the engine and to check up tightness of connections.

7. To clean capacity with the flowed out fuel.
