3.2.1.4.3. Repair of a head of the block of cylinders

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove inlet and final collectors. 2. To unscrew from a head of the block of cylinders two скобы with apertures for lifting of the engine and the gauge of pressure of oil. 3. To remove the vacuum pump, unscrewing consistently (and on an identical corner) two bolts of fastening. 4. To remove covers of bearings № 2 and 4 cam-shafts. 5. To unscrew on 1/4 turns of a nut of other covers of bearings of a cam-shaft. 6. To remove covers of bearings of a cam-shaft together with the top loose leaves, sealants and to take a cam-shaft. 7. To take pushers together with plates of regulation of a backlash of valves and to arrange so that at assemblage them it was possible to establish in the same nests of a head of the block of cylinders in which they stood earlier. 8. To take a pusher of a drive of the vacuum pump. 9. By means of the adaptation (21.024) to compress springs of separate valves and to remove crackers. 10. To clean the adaptation and to remove the top basic plates of springs, a spring and the valve. 11. By means of special nippers (MS-1501) to remove маслоотражательные caps from cores of valves.

Check

After dismantling of a head of the block of cylinders it is necessary to wash up carefully all details, to check up their technical condition and to estimate suitability for the further work (subsection 3.2.1.2.2 see). It is necessary to replace all linings and to make grinding in of valves.

Assemblage

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To grease with engine oil cores of valves and to insert them into the directing. 2. The ends of cores of valves to wind with a sticky tape that they have not damaged working edges of caps and by means of the adaptation 21.007 to establish caps on cores of valves. 3. To establish springs of valves, the top plates and by means of the adaptation 21.024 to compress springs and to insert crackers. 4. To grease with engine oil a rod of a drive of the vacuum pump and to insert it into an aperture of a head of the block of cylinders. 5. To oil pushers and to establish them together with plates of adjustment of a backlash of valves in nests in a head of the block of cylinders in which they have been established earlier. 6. To insert into nests in a head of the block of cylinders the bottom loose leaves of bearings of a cam-shaft and to grease with their engine oil. 7. To establish a cam-shaft on loose leaves; the clown on the shaft end should be directed upwards. 8. To establish the top loose leaves in covers of bearings of a cam-shaft and to oil them. 9. To enclose under a head of the block of cylinders of a washer that valve could move to the directing. 10. To impose герметизирующую paste SPM-4G911 Z-F/G on a plane of consolidation of the bearing №1 cam-shafts (from outside a system drive timing). 11. To establish covers of bearings of a cam-shaft №1, 3 and 5. Designations on them (arrows) should be directed forward (towards a system drive timing). 12. To screw up a hand of a nut of fastening of covers of bearings of a cam-shaft. 13. To tighten a key on 180 ° nuts of a cover of the bearing of a cam-shaft №3, then №1, and then №2. 14. To repeat last operation until covers will not appear precisely on the places. 15. To establish covers of bearings №2 and 4 blows of a hammer from an artificial material. 16. To tighten bolts of all covers of bearings of a cam-shaft the corresponding moment. 17. To grease with engine oil a sealing ring of a cam-shaft and to insert it by means of the adaptation 21.110. 18. To establish the vacuum pump together with a lining of round section and to tighten its bolts of fastening consistently and in regular intervals corresponding moment. 19. To screw on a head of the block of cylinders two скобы with apertures for lifting of the engine and to screw up the gauge of pressure of oil. 20. To screw on a head of the block of cylinders final and inlet collectors together with new linings and to tighten bolts and nuts of their fastening by the corresponding moment.
