Since May, 1983 (the code of date of manufacturing "DL") is entered new type of the needle valve operating giving of fuel to поплавковой to the chamber, and also a new clip of the needle valve.

In case of repeating stops of the engine directly after its start it is necessary to uncover the carburettor and if in поплавковой to the chamber there is no fuel it is necessary to arrive as follows.

1. To take an axis of a float and a clip of the needle valve (if was present at the given type), paying attention, that both these of an element have not fallen inside поплавковой chambers.
2. To take the needle valve (is not subject to repeated installation).

The prevention

It is impossible to unscrew bolts of fastening of the elements which are dosing out fuel, with a view of simplification of access to a float.

3. To establish the new needle valve and a new clip, paying attention to correct placing of a clip in the flute of the valve provided for it.
4. To insert a float, paying attention to correct position of a remote lining between the holder of the lever and the needle valve, and to insert an axis into cut of the holder of a float.
5. Some times to move a float, checking possibility of its free rotation on an axis.
6. To establish a new lining of a cover поплавковой chambers and to tighten bolts of fastening of a cover of the carburettor the moment of 2,5 Nanometers.

The prevention

Carburettors with changeable section of a mouth in a manufacturing initial stage have not been equipped by a clip of fastening of the needle valve.

Since January, 1985 (the code of date of manufacturing "FJ") is changed the lever () throttle заслонки, a core () from an artificial material. At infringement of working capacity of the mechanism of management throttle заслонкой the old type caused by deterioration of a core () from an artificial material, it is necessary to establish the lever and a core of new type.

The prevention

There are two types of levers throttle заслонки mixes – with cut for a core direct or bent. It is necessary to use necessarily the lever with cut of the same form, as well as in a factory complete set.
