Leading gear wheel of the main transfer


The prevention

The leading gear wheel of the main transfer forms a single whole with shaft. Described below change the terminations of this shaft concern.


Since November, 1982 (a code of date of manufacturing "СА") till July, 1983 (the code of date of manufacturing "DS") at installation of the main transfer was applied the special glue put on a carving as additional means, protecting from unscrewing a nut of an exit of a shaft of a gear wheel of the main transfer.

Since August, 1983 (a code of date of manufacturing "DТ") change is entered into a design of a neck of a shaft of a leading gear wheel of the main transfer and its nut. The carving on a shaft with right (old type) on left (leading gear wheels of new type) is changed. For simplification of recognition of shaft of old and new types the various form of a cut on a carving part of a shaft (fig. Identification of a shaft of a leading gear wheel of the main transfer of the back bridge see) is used.

The way of a designation картера the back bridge which instead of приклепанной tablets is beaten out directly on картере the back bridge is changed also.
The prevention

In case of need unscrewing of a nut of a shaft of a leading gear wheel of the main transfer in the course of installation it is necessary to use a new nut necessarily.

If the nut of old type (with a right-hand carving) it is necessary to fix necessarily it from unscrewing by means of the special glue provided for this purpose is used.

After a nut tightening it is necessary to fix in addition it from unscrewing зачеканкой. It concerns nuts both old, and new types.


Fastening of the back bridge

Since September, 1984 (a code of date of manufacturing "EL") for backlash elimination () (fig. Fastening of the back bridge see) which can be formed between inflow of the bridge and fastening elements to a plate of the holder, and in particular a bolt (), the U-shaped linings which had between inflow (left and right) and a plate of the holder are used. These linings have a thickness: 0,5; 1,0 and 1,5 mm. At installation of the back bridge it is necessary to use a lining of such thickness that it could move with small effort between connected elements.

Since May, 1986 (a code of date of manufacturing "GJ") bolts and nuts of fastening of metallo-rubber pillows of the back bridge are changed. Characteristic feature of new bolts and nuts is their golden colour.

In case of removal of the back bridge at its installation it is necessary to use – in all bridges – bolts and nuts of new type.
