THE GENERAL DATA

Identification of new type of a pillow of an engine mount

And – a nut of fastening of a pillow to an arm of an engine mount,

In – bolts of fastening of a pillow to an engine mount arm

Since February, 1983 (a code of date of manufacturing "DK") metallo-rubber pillows of an engine mount are entered.

In case of occurrence in a body of the fluctuations shown in the course of start of the engine and its work idling in cars, made till February, 1983, it is necessary to arrive as follows.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To check up, whether makes number of turns of the engine idling 800±25 rpm.

2. If nevertheless at correct size of number of turns of the engine idling fluctuations are transferred in a body it is necessary to replace metallo-rubber pillows of an engine mount.

3. To remove the top part of a casing of a radiator.

4. To unscrew a nut () pillow fastenings to an engine mount arm.

5. To suspend the engine with the help тали and to unscrew bolts of fastening of a pillow to an engine mount cross-beam.

6. To remove linings of round section or the clamps established on bolts of a new metallo-rubber pillow of an engine mount.

7. To establish a metallo-rubber pillow of new type and to tighten bolts of its fastening to a cross-beam of an engine mount the moment of 50-60 Nanometers.

8. To lower the engine and to tighten a nut of fastening of a pillow to an engine mount arm.

The prevention
To check up, whether there are basic linings of the big diameter on the place.

9. To establish the top casing of a radiator.
