PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To uncover heads of the block of cylinders and to level the damaged or deformed surface of a support of a cover of a head.
2. To establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders together with a lining of new type and six additional consolidations.
3. To replace angular plates (type Grower) with four strengthened plates.

If the surface прилегания in a cover of a head of the block of cylinders cannot be resulted linings in a normal state it is necessary to arrive as follows.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish following elements of new type: a cover of a head of the block of cylinders and a lining, and also a casing of a gear belt.
2. To replace angular plates (type Grower) with four strengthened plates and to establish six additional consolidations.

If replacement of a lining of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders in the car, the made ambassador of September, 1983 it is necessary to arrive as follows is necessary.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish the strengthened plates.
2. To tighten bolts of fastening of a cover of a head of the block of cylinders the moment of 5-8 Nanometers.

The prevention

Bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders with a nest of type Torx T55 are bolts of disposable application. For fastening of a head of the block of cylinders each time it is necessary to use necessarily new bolts with a nest of type Torx. Bolts with a nest of type Torx cannot be tightened on the warm engine.
