THE GENERAL DATA

System of greasing of engine DOHC
1 – картер the oil pump,
2 – propeller a shaft of the oil pump with a rotor,
3 – a cover of the oil pump,
4 – an asterisk of the oil pump,
5 – перепускной the valve,
6 – the oil filter,
7 – a lining,
8 – the gauge of pressure of oil,
9 – the index of level of oil,
10 – directing the index of level of oil,
11 – the pipeline of giving of oil with маслоприемником,
12 – a partition of the oil pallet (дефлектор oils),
13 – a lining of the oil pallet,

Check of pressure of oil
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To warm up the engine to normal working temperature.
2. To unscrew the gauge of pressure of oil.
3. To screw up on its place the manometre union.
4. To start the engine and to check up pressure of oil idling and at 2000 rpm. To compare the received sizes to demanded values (section 3.1.4.3.1.5 see).
5. To disconnect a manometre.
6. To screw up the gauge of pressure of oil.

Removal of the oil pump

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect from the accumulator a weight wire.
2. To remove клиновой a belt of a drive of the generator and the pump of a cooling liquid.
3. To unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pulley to a cranked shaft.
4. By means of a stripper to remove a pulley from a cranked shaft.
5. To remove the bottom casing propeller system chains timing.
6. To remove the tension device propeller chains of the oil pump.
7. To remove from a shaft of the oil pump an asterisk together with a chain.
8. To unscrew bolts with nest Torx of fastening of the oil pump.
9. To remove the oil pump.

Installation of the oil pump

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To check up a condition and in case of need to replace a lining of the oil pump.
2. To establish the oil pump with a lining.
3. To screw bolts with nest Torx of fastening of the oil pump.
4. To turn some times a shaft of the pump for засасывания oils.
5. To put on an asterisk of the oil pump (the inscription "FRONT" on an asterisk should be visible in front of the engine) together with propeller a pump chain.
6. To tighten a bolt with nest Torx of fastening of an asterisk on a pump shaft.
7. To establish the tension device propeller chains of the oil pump.
8. To screw with the established new lining the bottom casing propeller system chains timing.
9. To put on a pulley a cranked shaft.
10. To tighten a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a cranked shaft.
11. To put on клиновой a belt of a drive of the generator and the pump of a cooling liquid and to adjust its tension.

Check and the oil pump

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove the oil pump.
2. To unscrew bolts Torx of fastening of a cover of the oil pump.
3. To uncover the oil pump.
4. With the help щупа and rulers to check up backlashes between elements of the oil pump.
5. Check up a radial backlash between gear wheels.
6. Check up a radial backlash between a rotor and the pump case.
7. Check up an axial backlash.
8. To take gear wheels of the oil pump and to check up their condition.
9. To insert gear wheels into the pump case so that their designations were visible.
10. To establish a cover of the oil pump.
11. To tighten bolts Torx of fastening of a cover of the oil pump.
12. To establish the oil pump on the block of cylinders of the engine. Other information concerning a technical characteristics, adjustment and engine repair is in is in subsection 4.1 and subsection 3.1.3.1.
