4.1.4.1.6. Removal and installation of a needle shaft

THE GENERAL DATA

The needle valve of a float

Infringement of working capacity of the needle valve usually occurs at its pollution owing to application of fuel to foreign impurities or owing to mechanical deterioration.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To disconnect the accumulator and to remove the air filter. 2. To unscrew 7 bolts of fastening of a cover of the carburettor иснять it. 3. To squeeze out an axis of a float from springs of fastening and to lower a float in the carburettor case. 4. To take out the needle valve using пассатижи with thin sponges or tweezers.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Before installation to check up сомтояние a rubber tip of the needle valve and to clear a valve saddle. 2. To establish, being careful, the needle valve of a float. 3. To connect the valve to an axis in fastening springs. 4. To establish a new lining of the carburettor, a cover of the carburettor and in regular intervals to tighten a carburettor cover. 5. To establish the air filter and to connect the accumulator. 6. To check up turns of idling and the maintenance окиси carbon (WITH).
