Dismantling
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To uncover the carburettor, unscrewing seven bolts of its fastening (bolts Torx T20) and to remove a cover lining. |
2. To merge fuel from поплавковой chambers. |
3. To unscrew four screws of fastening of the holder of the main fuel jet, to extend mobile заслонку диффузора back and to take the holder of the main fuel jet. |
The prevention Not to take out the conic needle co-operating with the main fuel jet. In case of its damage it is necessary to replace all carburettor.

4. To take the unidirectional valve of the accelerating pump. |
5. To take a float and the needle valve. |
6. To remove a safety casing and to unscrew the screw of adjustment of structure of a mix. |
7. To unscrew screws of fastening of a cover of a vacuum regulator, to uncover, a spring, its emphasis and to take a diaphragm. |
8. To uncover the accelerating pump, to take a spring and a diaphragm. |

Check
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To wash up making parts of the carburettor (diaphragms to wash in spirit a solution). |
2. To blow compressed air all apertures and jets. |
3. To check up a condition of the needle valve, a float, diaphragms, the holder of the main fuel jet, an axis of the throttle valve. |
4. To check up a condition of a conic needle and possible ovality of jets. |
5. To check up correctness of functioning of the spring establishing position of a needle. |

Carburettor assemblage
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. To insert a diaphragm of the accelerating pump, its spring and a cover (the party with a diaphragm lining in a direction of the case of the carburettor). |
2. To insert elements of strengthening of a diaphragm, and also its springing adjusting ring. |
3. To insert a diaphragm. The vacuum aperture in the carburettor case should be opposite to an aperture in the case of a vacuum regulator. |
4. To insert a spring and a regulator cover. |
5. To screw up the screw of adjustment of structure of a mix against the stop and to unscrew it on three turns. This initial position for correct adjustment. |
6. To insert a float and its needle valve. |
7. To insert a ball of the valve of the accelerating pump and to place its loading in the case channel. |
8. To adhere mobile заслонку диффузора in position of the maximum opening and to insert a new lining, and also knot of the main fuel jet. |
9. To establish it thus concerning the carburettor case that its flange was at height of a surface of installation of a lining. |
