Greasing system

The oil pump takes away engine oil from картера and under pressure submits it through the short channel to полнопроточному to the oil filter. The safety valve being in the pump regulates the maximum pressure created by the pump. At excess of pressure created by the pump, the valve opens and перепускает oil in картер. 1. To warm up the engine to normal working temperature.
2. To disconnect an electric wire from the gauge of a control bulb of pressure of oil and to unscrew its gauge (in the cars equipped with a manometre of pressure of oil to disconnect the union of its pipeline).
3. To screw up in an aperture in the block of cylinders a control manometre.
4. To start the engine and to check up pressure of oil at number of turns of idling and above 2000 rpm. Pressure of oil should make a minimum 100 кПа, but not above 500 кПа.
5. To unscrew a manometre and to screw up the gauge of a control bulb of pressure of oil.

Replacement масяного the filter

1. To unscrew from the block of cylinders the oil filter.
2. To oil a surface of a lining of the new oil filter.
3. To screw up the oil filter to a lining contact about a surface of the block of cylinders. Then to tighten the filter a hand on 3/4 turns.

Repair of the oil pump

Gear wheels of the oil pump are picked up by steams and in case of need it is necessary to replace both gear wheels.

1. To put on a back surface of an external gear wheel (большей) a sign for its installation in the same position concerning an internal gear wheel (smaller) in the course of assemblage in what it has been taken from a factory packing.
2. To remove the oil pallet of the engine.
3. To remove the oil pump, having unscrewed three bolts of fastening of the pump to the block of cylinders.
4. To uncover the oil pump and to take gear wheels, and also to remove the pipeline of giving of oil to the pump.
5. To punch an aperture in the middle of a rubber stopper перепускного the pump valve.
6. To take a rubber stopper by means of a bolt of the corresponding diameter.
7. To take a spring and the piston перепускного the valve.
8. To insert both gear wheels into the pump case, observing their correct relative positioning.
9. By means of a ruler and щупа to measure backlash size between a plane of the case of the pump and back planes of gear wheels. If it exceeds as much as possible admissible value, it is necessary to replace the pump case.
10. With the help щупа to check up a backlash between an external gear wheel and the pump case. If it exceeds as much as possible admissible value, it is necessary to replace the pump case.
11. To grease parts перепускного the valve with engine oil and to establish перепускной the valve.
12. To establish a rubber stopper перепускного the valve the flat party outside. It should be on the brink of a condensed surface of the pipeline of giving of oil to the pump.
13. To grease with engine oil both gear wheels of the pump.
14. To establish a cover of the oil pump and to tighten its bolts the corresponding moment.
15. To insert a shaft transferring a drive from an intermediate shaft (the end with an asymmetrical ledge should be directed towards the ignition distributor), to a shaft of a drive of the pump and, turning his hand to be convinced that pump gear wheels co-operate without jammings.
16. To establish a lining and the pipeline of giving of oil to the pump.
17. To establish the oil pump in the block of cylinders, tightening fastening bolts the corresponding moment.
