6. By means of the plug of the corresponding diameter to remove the needle bearing of the main axis of the selector from картера transmissions.
The prevention

In case of replacement картера transmissions it is necessary to arrange the selector so that distance between it торцем and a plane картера (fig. the Control size of position of an end face of the selector see) made 69 mm.


7. By means of a core of the corresponding diameter to establish from within картера transmissions the new needle bearing of the main axis of the selector.
8. To establish in картер transmissions a new sealing ring of the main axis of the selector.

4. To put on an axis the needle bearing, an intermediate gear wheel of transfer of a backing and the basic plug of the bearing.
5. To establish a new adjusting pin.
6. By means of a screw-driver to take a sealing ring from the directing plug выжимного the bearing.
7. To establish by means of a core of the corresponding diameter a new sealing ring; the sealing edge should be directed towards a core.

PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SHAFT

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect primary and secondary shaft.
2. To remove a ring of the synchronizer of 4th transfer and the bearing.
3. To remove from a secondary shaft a gear wheel of 5th transfer, a ring of the synchronizer and the needle bearing.
4. From other end of a secondary shaft to remove an adjusting spring ring of the synchronizer of 3-4 transfers.
5. To remove knot from a secondary shaft: the synchronizer (1 3-4 transfers, a ring (2) synchronizers of 3 transfers, a gear wheel (3 3 transfers and the needle bearing (4).
The prevention

It is not necessary to assort synchronizers for preservation of correct position all of them of details.


6. To remove from a secondary shaft a gear wheel (1) 2nd transfers, the needle bearing (2) and a synchronizer ring 2nd transfers (3).
7. To turn a secondary shaft and to remove an adjusting spring ring of the synchronizer of 5th transfer and backing transfer.
8. To remove from a secondary shaft of a gear wheel (1) 5th transfers, rings of the synchronizer (2) 5th transfers and the needle bearing (3).

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Teeths of gear wheels and synchronizers should not be erose or worn too out, and surfaces of teeths should not have traces задиров.
2. It is necessary to check up, whether naves of synchronizers are erose and whether there is their moving without excessive backlashes and jammings.
3. It is necessary to replace the needle bearing, if there are obvious scratches on a surface or there are excessive backlashes or wear tracks.

The prevention

Synchronizers of 1-2 transfers and 5th and a backing of transfers are identical, however it is impossible to interchange the position of them at transmission assemblage. At assemblage to grease all elements, especially rings of synchronizers and the needle bearing with the oil used for a transmission.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish on a secondary shaft the needle bearing and a gear wheel of transfer of a backing.
2. To establish a ring of the synchronizer and the synchronizer of 5th transfer and backing transfer.
3. To establish a new adjusting spring ring.
4. To turn a secondary shaft and to establish the needle bearing and a gear wheel of 1st transfer.
5. To establish a ring of the synchronizer of 1st transfer, the synchronizer of 1-2 transfers and a new adjusting spring ring.
6. To establish a ring of the synchronizer of 1st transfer, the needle bearing and a gear wheel 2nd transfers.
7. To heat up to 100 ° About a ring of the needle bearing of a gear wheel of 3rd transfer.
8. To put on hot a ring a secondary shaft.
The prevention

The ring of the needle bearing should be inserted deep into against the stop. In the course of installation it is necessary to use the new needle bearing.


9. After ring cooling to establish the needle bearing and a gear wheel of 3 transfers.
10. To insert knot of the synchronizer of 3-4 transfers (shorter party upwards) and a new adjusting spring ring.
11. To turn a shaft and to establish a ring of the synchronizer of 5th transfer, the needle bearing and a gear wheel of 5th transfer.
12. To establish a ring of the synchronizer of 4th transfer and the bearing.
13. To connect secondary and primary shaft.
