The prevention

After transmission dismantling it is necessary to replace all spring lock rings on new with the thickness providing reception of demanded values of an axial backlash of elements established with their help. It is necessary to replace all sealing rings also.

Transmission elements (shaft, bearings, synchronizers, the gear change mechanism etc.) settle down in two informed among themselves картерах.

The first of them, located more close to the engine, contains also coupling and is called картером couplings (though in its back part six elements of a transmission settle down); another is called картером transmissions (though it does not contain all elements of this knot).

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To merge oil from a transmission. 2. With картера couplings to remove выжимной the bearing and plugs of deenergizing of coupling. 3. To fix a flange of connection of the forward hinge карданного a shaft and to unscrew a nut of fastening of a flange by means of drawing of easy blows on a key. 4. By means of adaptation Ford 16.040 to remove directing plug выжимного the coupling bearing. 5. To remove an internal spring ring from a primary shaft. 6. To remove a plate of fixing of a nut of the bearing of an intermediate shaft (fig. the Front view картера couplings see). 7. By means of a key of 17 mm to unscrew a nut of the bearing of an intermediate shaft. 8. Sideways картера to unscrew bolts (type Torx) stopper of transfer of a backing (fig. the Kind of a left-hand side of a transmission see). 9. Sideways картера to unscrew a stopper (2) stoppers of the selector and to take a spring, a pusher, the plug and a ball of a stopper of the selector. 10. To unscrew the switch (3) fires of a backing. 11. To unscrew two bolts (4 and 5) fastenings of an axis of an intermediate gear wheel of transfer of a backing and to take only a forward bolt (4). 12. To unscrew ten bolts of connection картера couplings with картером transmissions. 13. By means of two screw-drivers cautiously to divide both parts картера transmissions. 14. To remove картер couplings with картера transmissions; in case of need to use the adaptation 16.041. 15. To remove an axis of plugs (1) (fig. the Mechanism of a gear change of a transmission of type МТ 75 see) 3–4 transfers, 5th transfers and backing transfer. 16. To take a back bolt (5) (fig. the Kind of a left-hand side of a transmission see) fastenings of an axis of an intermediate gear wheel of transfer of a backing. 17. From картера transmissions to take a magnet. 18. By means of a corresponding stripper to remove from a secondary shaft a flange of connection of the forward hinge карданного a shaft. 19. To take a sealing ring from a secondary shaft. 20. To remove приводную a gear wheel of a speedometer and its remote plug. 21. To extend from картера transmissions a secondary shaft by means of a stripper.
