Removal of a gear belt

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To disconnect from the accumulator a weight wire.
2. To remove клиновой a belt of a drive of the generator.
3. To disconnect a plait of electric wires of system of ignition, to remove the high voltage distributor, a rotor of the distributor and the holder of the distributor of ignition (fig. System timing engine CVH see).
4. To remove a casing of a drive of system timing.
5. To turn a cranked shaft before sign installation on a pulley of a cam-shaft opposite to a sign on a head of the block of cylinders (1) (fig. Installation timing engine CVH see).
6. To weaken a bolt of blocking of the tension device of a gear belt. To move a roller to the left and to tighten blocking bolt.
7. To remove a gear belt.

Adjustment timing and installation of a gear belt

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To establish a sign on a pulley of a cam-shaft opposite to a sign on a head of the block of cylinders (1) (fig. Installation timing engine CVH see).
2. To turn a cranked shaft before installation of a sign on a pulley of a cranked shaft (2) opposite to a sign on картере the oil pump.
3. To insert a spring of the tension device, the tension device and to block it in position against the stop to the left.

The prevention

This spring is not established at factory, the gear belt stretches by means of the special adaptation. After easing of fastening of the tension device it is necessary to establish necessarily a spring for maintenance of a correct tension of a gear belt.


4. To put on a gear belt, beginning from a pulley of a cranked shaft, in a direction counter-clockwise.
5. To unblock the tension device so that its roller has pulled a gear belt.
6. To execute two complete revolutions of a cranked shaft in a direction clockwise and to establish a sign on a pulley of a cam-shaft opposite to a sign on a head of the block of cylinders.
7. To fix a cranked shaft (having included transfer and having tightened the lever of a manual brake) and to rotate a cam-shaft in a direction counter-clockwise with the help динамометрического a key with a head of 41 mm (through редукционный an element 1/2 "–3/4").
The prevention

The head of 41 mm is necessary, as it is impossible to rotate a cam-shaft for a bolt of fastening of its pulley.


8. To adhere a cam-shaft with the moment of 23-30 Nanometers and to tighten the tension device of a gear belt the moment of 23-30 Nanometers (at first a bolt on the right side).
9. To check up, whether adjusting signs have undergone to change.
10. To switch off transfer and a manual brake.
11. To turn on two turns a cranked shaft in a direction of its working rotation, then repeatedly to check up position of adjusting signs.
12. To establish a casing of a drive of system timing.
13. To establish the distributor of ignition and a high voltage wire.
14. To put on and pull клиновый a belt of a drive of the generator.
15. To connect the accumulator.
