THE GENERAL DATA

Sequence of a tightening of bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders

Removal
The prevention

At removal of a head of the block of cylinders the engine should be cold (it is necessary to wait for 6 hours after engine deenergizing). To disconnect from the accumulator a wire of weight and to remove the air filter.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a sheet casing from below the engine, to merge cooling liquid (having substituted the corresponding capacity). To disconnect hoses of system of cooling: bottom from a radiator and top from the pump.
2. To disconnect pipelines from a broad tank of system of cooling, from a head of the block of cylinders, from a heating system of salon and the vacuum pipeline from the vacuum pump.
3. To disconnect a wire and токовую the tyre from свеч накаливания, and also other electric wires.
4. To disconnect a cable of adjustment of idling from a head of the block of cylinders of the engine.
5. To disconnect pipelines of injection of fuel and return pipelines from atomizers, to unscrew atomizers and candles накаливания from a head of the block of cylinders.
6. To remove the vacuum pump together with приводным клиновым a belt and to remove the generator.
7. To disconnect a frame of fastening of the generator from an inlet collector and to remove клиновой a belt.
8. To disconnect from a head of the block of cylinders the pipeline of giving of oil and a forward exhaust pipe from a final collector.
9. To uncover heads of the block of cylinders and an axis of levers of valves.
10. To take cores of pushers.
11. To unscrew bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders in sequence of return sequence of their tightening.
12. To remove a head of the block of cylinders together with collectors: inlet and final.
13. To remove a head lining.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Carefully to clear surfaces прилегания linings in the block of cylinders and a head, and also apertures for bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders.
2. To screw up aligning adjusting pins 21.083.
3. To establish a new lining of a head of the block of cylinders of a corresponding thickness (arrow), having checked up accuracy of its packing. Cautiously to establish a head, to screw up a hand bolts of fastening and to replace two aligning pins with two bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders.
4. To grease with engine oil the ends of cores of pushers and to arrange them so that they co-operated with the same pushers with which they worked before removal of a head of the block of cylinders. To establish a lining of the pipeline of giving of oil and an axis of the lever of valves. To tighten bolts and nuts of holders of an axis of the lever of valves.
5. To tighten bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders, observing the sequence, the recommended moments and a method of their tightening (subsection 4.2.1.5 see).
6. To adjust a backlash of valves.
7. To screw up candles накаливания.
8. To establish the generator and to connect electric wires.
9. To establish atomizers and to connect their pipelines.
10. To connect hoses of system of cooling and to fill cooling system (subsection 4.2.11.5.2 see).
