Knot of the fuel filter

1 – the holder of the filter,

2 – a replaced element of the filter,

3 – a sediment bowl,

Filter replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The replaced element of the filter (2 – fig. Knot of the fuel filter see) is clamped between the holder of the filter (1) and a sediment bowl (3).

2. To unscrew a bolt (V – fig. Removal of air from fuel system see) sediment bowl fastenings to the holder of the filter.

3. To disconnect a sediment bowl (3 – fig. Knot of the fuel filter see) and a replaced element (2) fuel filters.

4. To establish a new replaced element on a sediment bowl and to move up to the holder of the filter.

5. Cautiously to screw up a bolt (V – fig. Removal of air from fuel system see) sediment bowl fastenings to the holder of the filter.

6. To check up tightness of connections of the fuel filter.

Removal of water from a sediment bowl

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To substitute under the fuel filter capacity, to weaken a drain bolt () and a bolt of fastening of the pipeline of tap of fuel from the filter (C – a sediment bowl).

2. To tighten both bolts after water will cease to follow.
