7.2. Removal and installation карданного a shaft

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To establish the car over the viewing channel or on the lift. 2. To designate mutual position of the crosswise hinge and a flange of a gear wheel of the main transfer and to disconnect propeller a shaft from the back bridge. To unscrew the case of the intermediate bearing, having designated position of linings between the case of the bearing and a car body (these designations will be useful at installation карданного a shaft and its intermediate bearing). 3. To disconnect propeller a shaft from a transmission, paying attention not to damage a sealing ring in a back part картера. After extraction of a shaft the aperture in a back part картера should be muffled transmissions a stopper or a forward tip faulty карданного a shaft not to admit вытекания some oil from a transmission.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. From an aperture of a back part картера transmissions to take a stopper. To check up installation of a sealing ring of a back part картера transmissions and to insert into it the forward end карданного a shaft, paying attention not to damage an edge of a sealing ring. 2. To establish the intermediate bearing карданного a shaft, having arranged under it corresponding linings according to the designations put during dismantling (without tightening fastening bolts). 3. To connect propeller a shaft to a flange of a leading gear wheel of the main transfer according to the designations of a relative positioning put earlier. To establish the new linings protecting bolts from unscrewing. 4. Rotating propeller a shaft to establish the intermediate bearing and to tighten fastening bolts the corresponding moment. 5. To check up and in case of need to add quantity of oil in a transmission.
