9.2.4. Removal and installation of the lever of a suspension bracket

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a protective cap of a back wheel and to weaken nuts of fastening of a wheel. 2. To lift and fix a back part of the car, to remove a corresponding back wheel. 3. To remove a brake drum (subsection 10.3 see). 4. To disconnect полуось from the suspension bracket lever (subsection 7.11.1 see). 5. To disconnect a brake hose (without its unscrewing) from the holder under the hollow ambassador of removal of an U-shaped clamp. 6. To establish a jack under the lever of a suspension bracket and to lift the lever so that all loading had on a suspension bracket spring. 7. To unscrew the bottom fastening of the shock-absorber (a berlin body, on a photo) or to remove the shock-absorber (a body комби). 8. To unscrew from the corresponding party bolts of fastening of a beam of a back axis to a body after bending back of a safety lining and unscrewing of a bolt of fastening of the metallo-rubber plug (8, fig. the Back suspension bracket see), and also two bolts of fastening of a support of this plug to a body. 9. Cautiously to lower the lever downwards. 10. To take a suspension bracket spring together with a rubber basic cup. 11. To remove from a beam of a back axis of rotation of the lever and to take the lever.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To attach without a definitive tightening the suspension bracket lever to a beam of a back axis. 2. To establish a spring together with a rubber basic cup on a shoulder of the lever of a suspension bracket. 3. To lift a jack to put a spring on a corresponding place. The prevention In cars with a body комби simultaneously with a spring it is necessary to establish the shock-absorber. 4. To attach the metallo-rubber plug of a beam of a back axis to a body, having tightened bolts of its fastening by the corresponding moments. 5. To establish the bottom fastening of the shock-absorber (in cars with a body комби), and also a brake hose on the holder under a body floor and to fix it. 6. To take a jack. 7. To establish completely полуось with a wheel nave. To attach a nave of a wheel four new bolts to the suspension bracket lever, tightening their corresponding moment. 8. To establish from within a bearing brake board a plastic casing external приводного the semiaxis hinge. 9. To establish a brake drum. 10. To establish a wheel, to screw up nuts of fastening of a wheel, to lower the car and to tighten nuts of fastening of a wheel the corresponding moment. 11. To move some times the lever of a suspension bracket and to tighten the corresponding moment of connection of the lever with a beam of a back axis.
