9.1.2. Removal and installation of a rack of a forward suspension bracket

THE GENERAL DATA

Forward suspension bracket

1 – knot of the top fastening of a rack of a suspension bracket, 2 – the basic bearing, 3 – a spring of a suspension bracket, 4 – the shock-absorber, 5 – a rotary fist, 6 – the lever with the spherical hinge,

7 – the stabilizer, 8 – a nave of a wheel, 9 – bearings of a nave, 10 – a nut of a nave, 11 – заглушка, 12 – the metallo-rubber plug

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To weaken nuts of fastening of a wheel from the corresponding party of the car. 2. To lift and prop up in front of the car and to remove forward wheels. 3. By means of a jack to prop up the hinge of the cross-section lever. 4. To unscrew bolts of fastening of a rack of a suspension bracket to a rotary fist of a wheel. 5. Into cut of a rotary fist to insert the adaptation 14.026 and to turn it on 90 °, weakening the bottom fastening of a rack of a suspension bracket. 6. To press downwards a rotary fist the suspension bracket rack will not be released yet, paying attention not to damage a brake hose. 7. To suspend a rotary fist to a body so that it did not concern brake hoses. 8. In a motor compartment to unscrew a plastic casing of the top fastening of a rack of a suspension bracket. 9. Blocking a rod of the shock-absorber a key for шестигранных nests of 6 mm and holding a suspension bracket rack that it has not dropped out (it is necessary the help of other person), to unscrew a nut of the top fastening of a rack to a body. 10. To take in a direction downwards a suspension bracket rack

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To establish a suspension bracket rack on a corresponding place. 2. To insert the top lining and a nut of the top fastening of a rack of a suspension bracket. 3. To check up a centering of a rod of the shock-absorber concerning a body and to tighten a nut of the top fastening, holding a rod with a key for шестигранных nests of 6 mm. 4. To insert the adaptation 14.026 into a groove of a rotary fist and to turn it on 90 °. 5. To establish the bottom part of a rack in a rotary fist. 6. To remove the adaptation 14.026. 7. To screw up a bolt of fastening of a rack to a rotary fist of a wheel and to tighten its corresponding moment. 8. To screw wheels, to lower the car and to tighten nuts of wheels the corresponding moment. 9. To check up a convergence of forward wheels.
