8.6.4. Dismantling and assemblage of steering transfer CAM GEAR

Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove pipelines of giving and return of oil from the hydraulic amplifier. The ends of pipelines to muffle stoppers. 2. To disconnect tips with spherical hinges from steering draughts after easing of fastening of counternuts. 3. To remove collars of fastening of casings and protective a casing from the transfer case. 4. To move gear рейку from an emphasis against the stop for removal of the oil which have remained in the hydraulic amplifier. 5. To move gear рейку to extreme position and to clamp рейку (for teeths) in a vice. 6. To remove clamps of fastening of steering draughts and to disconnect steering draughts from the gear river. 7. To unscrew bolts of a cover of a pusher, to uncover, take adjusting linings, a spring and a pusher. 8. To unscrew the bottom stopper from the case приводной gear wheels of steering transfer. 9. To unscrew a counternut приводной gear wheels of steering transfer. 10. To designate position приводной the gear wheels, corresponding to advance, and also выступание gear рейки from both parties of the case. 11. To remove a casing приводной gear wheels of steering transfer and a lock ring of the bearing. 12. To take приводную a gear wheel of steering transfer from the case together with the bearing. 13. To rotate a holder of the right bearing while at a case end face the lock ring will not seem. 14. To take a lock ring gear рейки. 15. To take gear рейку, the basic plug, the bearing and a lining.

Check gear рейки

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To check up a condition of co-operating surfaces:       – A sealing ring with shaft приводной gear wheels of steering transfer;       – Teeths gear рейки and приводной gear wheels, and also a working surface of a pusher;       – A teflon sealant of the dividing valve of steering transfer. 2. To check up and wash out hydraulic the pipeline and channels:       – The pipeline and roundabout the channel (by-pass) in the case gear рейки;       – The dividing valve. 3. To replace the worn out or damaged details and to grease edges of sealing rings with greasing Calipsol.

The prevention

The teflon ring of the union of the dividing valve directly ahead of installation should be lowered in boiling water that it could settle down correctly.

The privodnaja gear wheel of steering transfer and the dividing valve are completed with steams and it is necessary to replace them together.

Assemblage

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To establish a new lining приводной gear wheels in the case, and also a new ring (by means of the adaptation 13.010). The cavity of an aperture of the adaptation should be at height of the top plane of the case приводной gear wheels. 2. To insert a nylon remote ring and a sealant gear рейки by means of the plug of the corresponding diameter. 3. To grease gear рейку with 40 grammes консистентной greasings. 4. To establish gear рейку together with the bearing and the basic plug in the case. 5. To establish a new lock ring through an aperture in the case. Its hook to assign the basic plug. 6. To establish gear рейку on the average position and to fix it according to the designations executed in the course of dismantling of transfer. 7. To fix it is longitudinal the bearing and a sealing ring by means of a lock ring. 8. To establish the casing of the bearing filled with firm greasing. 9. To screw up a counternut on the bottom part приводной gear wheels of steering transfer. 10. To arrange a pusher in the case gear рейки. 11. To arrange the indicator in скобе (15.046 and 15.009) on разметочной to a plate. To establish an arrow of the indicator on a zero. 12. To establish the indicator on a pusher, and its measuring tip on the case. To write down the maximum indication () the indicator at moving gear рейки from one extreme position in another. 13. The thickness () adjusting linings which should be established under a pusher cover, equals to the measured size () increased by the maximum constructional backlash (F): Е = And F, where F = 0,125 mm. 14. To establish a pusher spring, adjusting linings of a backlash, a lining and to screw a cover. 15. To move gear рейку to extreme position and to clamp in a vice. 16. To connect steering bent for gear рейке and to establish new clamps of steering draughts. 17. To establish rubber protective a casing and to fix their new collars of fastening. 18. To connect to steering draughts tips with spherical hinges and to fix them from unscrewing by counternuts.
