Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To clamp a steering column in a vice with soft cheeks.
2. To remove a casing from an artificial material from a steering wheel nave.
3. To unscrew a nut of fastening of a steering wheel.
4. To remove a cam of the switch of indexes of turn and a lining of the top bearing of a shaft of a steering wheel.
5. To disconnect a shaft of a steering wheel from the deformed plug.
6. By means of the corresponding lever to take the top and bottom bearings of a shaft of a steering wheel.
7. To take the bottom basic lining and a spring.
8. To take the bottom nylon ring of a shaft of a steering wheel.
9. To turn a key in the ignition lock in position "1".
10. To press a clip and to take a drum of the blocking lock of a steering wheel.
11. To unscrew bolts of fastening of the switch of ignition and to take it together with a plait of electric wires.

Assemblage

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To check up a condition of elements of a steering column (fig. the Steering see) and whether the site of a shaft of six-coal section is covered by oil or greasing.
2. To clamp in a vice a steering wheel shaft, to establish on a shaft the bottom nylon ring on the corresponding distance (X = 52 mm; Y = 189 ± 3 mm).
3. To establish bearings in the shaft plug.
4. To establish a spring and the bottom basic lining on a shaft.
5. To establish on a shaft the plug, the top basic lining and a cam of deenergizing of indexes of turn.
6. To establish on the end of a shaft a steering wheel, to tighten a nut of fastening and to establish a casing from an artificial material on a steering wheel nave.
The prevention

The distance between the welded lining of a shaft and the bottom bearing should make 12 ± 1 mm. In case this condition is not carried out, it is necessary to replace a steering wheel shaft.
