THE GENERAL DATA

Cooling system

1 – a radiator,
2 – a broad tank,
3 – the pump of a cooling liquid, 4 case of the thermostat,
5 – the thermostat,
6 – elastic pipelines

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To disconnect from the accumulator a wire of weight and to merge cooling liquid from cooling system.

2. To disconnect the electric wires connecting system of cooling with the engine.

3. To disconnect the elastic pipeline from a broad tank.

4. In the cars equipped with an automatic transmission to disconnect elastic pipelines from a radiator of oil of an automatic transmission.

5. To remove an internal casing of a radiator.

6. To unscrew bolts of the top fastening a radiator.

7. To raise the car, to unscrew bolts of the bottom fastening of a radiator and to take it.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. For radiator installation it is necessary to execute actions in return sequence in relation to process of its removal.

2. After installation of pipelines of system of cooling it is necessary to fill system with a cooling liquid and to remove from it air.

3. In the cars equipped with an automatic transmission, it is necessary to check up in addition oil level in a transmission.
