THE GENERAL DATA

Removal of water from the fuel filter

Each 10 000 km of run of the car it is necessary to merge the water which has collected in a sediment bowl of the fuel filter. The method of removal of water from the fuel filter is resulted in corresponding heads.

Replacement of the fuel filter

It is necessary to replace the fuel filter through each 40 000 km. After filter replacement it is necessary to remove air from fuel system necessarily.

Removal of air from fuel system

 1 – деаэратор the filter,

2 – a bolt of removal of air on the case of the fuel pump

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To weaken fastening деаэратора (1) on the holder of the fuel filter.
2. To press the button of the manual fuel pump (an arrow in drawing) while the fuel following from under деаэратора, will not be without air vials.
3. To screw up деаэратор.
4. To unscrew a bolt (2) removals of air on the case of the fuel pump.
5. To press the button of the manual fuel pump (an arrow fig. Removal of air from fuel system) while the fuel following from under a bolt of removal of air, will not be without air vials.
6. To screw up a bolt of removal of air.
7. To start the engine.

The air filter of diesel engines

It is necessary to replace filtering element of the air filter through each 40 000 km of run of the car.

 The cover of the air filter is screwed by four nuts. Replacement of a filtering element does not represent great difficulties.
