1. To remove a lock ring from a nave of the synchronizer of 3-3-4th transfers and to take a ring of the synchronizer and a gear wheel of 3 transfers.
2. To remove a lock ring and two adjusting half rings of a gear wheel 2nd transfers.
3. To remove with втоичного a shaft a gear wheel 2nd ередачи.
4. To remove from a secondary shaft a gear wheel of a drive of a speedometer.
5. To remove from a secondary shaft the synchronizer and a gear wheel of 5th transfer.
6. To remove a lock ring of the bearing from a secondary shaft and to take a secondary shaft from an average part картера transmissions.

Assemblage of a secondary shaft

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Before assemblage to oil for a transmission of a surface of co-operating details.

3. To establish spring rings on naves of synchronizers.

Dismantling of the block of gear wheels of an intermediate shaft does not represent special difficulties. It is necessary to pay attention to to losing needles of bearings and remote plugs (forward and back) needle bearings. At assemblage it is necessary to establish carefully two remote plugs and to cover needles of bearings консистентной with greasing that they have not dropped out in the course of installation of a shaft of the block of gear wheels.
