Dismantling of a secondary shaft

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To take a lock ring from a nest in a back part картера transmissions.
2. To take completely a secondary shaft (striking a copper hammer).
3. To remove a lock ring of a nave of the synchronizer of 3-3-4th transfers, to take a nave of the synchronizer and a gear wheel of 3 transfers (it is possible to take advantage of a universal stripper with two cheeks).
4. To take a lock ring and to remove from a secondary shaft a gear wheel of a drive of a speedometer, and also a latch ball.
5. To remove a lock ring, the precision bearing, and also a sealing ring from a secondary shaft; in the course of performance of this operation to rest a gear wheel of 1st transfer to a steel support in the form of letter U of the corresponding sizes.
6. To remove a lock ring of a nave of the synchronizer of 1-1-2nd transfers, and then to remove completely the synchronizer of 1-1-2nd transfers.
7. To remove two naves of the synchronizer sliding муфты, to take crackers and springs.
8. To lift the car.
9. A coupling guard.
10. The bottom bolts of fastening картера couplings to the block of cylinders.

Assemblage of a secondary shaft

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Carefully to clear all details and to check up their technical condition, and before assemblage to oil for transmissions.
2. In case of installation of new factory details it is necessary to cover their working surfaces, and also co-operating surfaces of a secondary shaft with special greasing S-MIC-4505 A.
3. To "paste" by means of greasing crackers of clamps to naves of synchronizers 1-1-2nd and 3-3-4th transfers. To insert sliding муфты synchronizers on naves and to establish according to their designations.
4. To insert on a secondary shaft a nave with the synchronizer plug of 1-1-2nd transfers, directing back проточку the plugs, intended for plugs. To establish a lock ring.
5. To insert a ring of the synchronizer and a gear wheel of 1st transfer. To insert a sealing ring so that it больший diameter there were from outside gear wheels.
6. To define a thickness of a necessary spring ring fixing on secondary to a shaft the bearing. For this purpose it is necessary to arrive in the same way, as well as in a case, for a transmission of type And (subsection 6.1.4 see).
7. To establish on a secondary shaft the ball bearing, and also a lock ring of a necessary thickness.
8. To cover a surface of the ball bearing with universal greasing for exact bearings.
9. To press the ball bearing into place on secondary to a shaft by means of the plug of the corresponding sizes or other corresponding universal tool.
10. To establish on a secondary shaft a gear wheel of a drive of a speedometer and to establish a secondary shaft so that deepening on a clamp ball was from above. To establish a clamp ball in a nest, correctly to establish a gear wheel of a drive of a speedometer on a shaft and to fix a lock ring.
11. To establish on a secondary shaft the synchronizer of 3-3-4th transfers by a ring thickening forward. To establish a lock ring.
12. To warm up a back part картера transmissions by its immersing in hot water and to establish in it a secondary shaft.
13. To insert a lock ring on a necessary place. This ring should be in a nest in a back part картера transmissions.

Dismantling and assemblage of a primary and intermediate shaft

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove from a primary shaft a lock ring and the bearing.

The prevention

For simplification of the subsequent installation of the bearing to establish on its place a lock ring of the big diameter.


2. To cover with universal greasing precision bearings of a primary shaft, to press the bearing and to take a lock ring of the big diameter.
3. To take (inserted in the course of removal of an axis of an intermediate shaft) a core from an aperture in the block of gear wheels of an intermediate shaft. To take 29 подшипниковых needles and persistent washers from two parties of the block of gear wheels of an intermediate shaft.
4. Again to insert the taken core into an aperture in the block of gear wheels. To fill from its both parties with universal greasing space between a core and an aperture of the block of gear wheels of an intermediate shaft.
5. To establish one after another from both parties: the remote plug, the complete set подшипниковых needles and the second remote plug.
6. To take by means of a screw-driver a sealing ring from an external ring of the bearing of a primary shaft.
7. To cover an edge of a sealing ring with universal greasing.
8. By means of the corresponding adaptation cautiously to press a new sealing ring into the bearing of a primary shaft.
