Dismantling

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove выжимной the bearing and plugs of deenergizing of coupling. 2. To fix a transmission on a desktop. 3. To unscrew ten bolts of fastening and to uncover transmissions. 4. To turn a transmission and to merge oil. 5. By means of a screw-driver inserted into an aperture for an axis of the selector of transfers to uncover, located at an end face of a back part картера transmissions. 6. To unscrew sideways картера a stopper of blocking of the internal mechanism of a gear change, to take a spring being under it and to extend a stopper by means of a magnetised core. 7. To take a pin from blocking knot, and also a stopper in a back part картера and to remove шплинт. 8. To take a pin of a cam of the selector of a reverse gear and to extend back its axis. 9. To take two pairs plugs and two stoppers. 10. By means of the adaptation 17.001 to remove a sealing ring from a back part картера transmissions (the secondary shaft should be on the place). 11. To unscrew bolts of fastening of a back part картера transmissions, to disconnect it from a forward part картера and easily turning in both parties to get an intermediate shaft. The prevention The intermediate shaft represents the block from five gear wheels forming a single whole and rotating on bearings, located on an axis. 12. To move an intermediate shaft back to release it from a forward emphasis. 13. To take an intermediate shaft by means of the adaptation 16.002, holding the shaft bearing with the auxiliary tool put to the taken shaft so that the bearing remained on the place. 14. To take a back part картера transmissions. 15. To unscrew four bolts of fastening of the bearing of a primary shaft. To take a primary shaft together with its needle bearing. 16. To remove the block of gear wheels from an axis of an intermediate shaft, using the auxiliary tool, and to remove two persistent washers with картера transmissions. 17. To remove a ring from an axis of the lever of a reverse gear and to take this lever. 18. To uncover gear wheels of a drive of a speedometer and to take this gear wheel from a back part картера transmissions.

Assemblage

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully to clear all details of a transmission and to oil them for a transmission. A carving of the bolts entering inside картера of a transmission, it is necessary to cover герметизирующей with paste. 2. To insert the reverse gear lever on an axis and to fix it by means of a ring. 3. To establish an intermediate gear wheel of a reverse gear on this lever; plugs are directed back; to establish a gear wheel opposite to an axis greased консистентной with greasing, and blows of a copper hammer to spread a gear wheel. 4. To establish with the help консистентной greasings in the deepenings provided for them in картере persistent washers of the block of gear wheels of an intermediate shaft. 5. Cautiously to insert the block of gear wheels of an intermediate shaft in картер transmissions. Persistent washers to establish ledges in corresponding deepenings. 6. To establish a primary shaft and its bearing in картере transmissions. To rest a spring adjusting ring against a wall картера. 7. To establish the precision bearing of a primary shaft together with a new lining of round section and to screw up four bolts of the fastening which carving to cover герметизирующей with paste. 8. To insert on the primary shaft, the oiled needle bearing and to establish the plug of the synchronizer of 3-3-4th transfers. 9. To establish a back part картера transmissions and a secondary shaft. To turn картер so that it was possible to insert an axis of an intermediate shaft (it is necessary to paste greasing a lining on a connection surface картера for its protection from damage). 10. To incline a transmission so that gear wheels of an intermediate shaft have entered into gearing with a gear wheel of a primary shaft and gear wheels of a secondary shaft. To check up, whether there are on the places two persistent washers. To insert, blows of a copper hammer, an axis of an intermediate shaft behind картера, keeping its all time in contact to a finger facilitating installation while its top will not be established at level with картером couplings. The flat ledge of a back part of an axis of an intermediate shaft should be established horizontally. 11. To establish a back part картера transmissions on continuation of a forward part, to grease a carving of bolts of fastening герметизирующей with paste and to tighten their corresponding moment. 12. By means of the adaptation 16.016 to insert a ring into a back part картера. To check up, whether are the returnable channel of oil from a back part картера and cut in a ring on one line. 13. To fill with greasing a sealing ring of a back part картера and to insert it by means of the adaptation 16.016. 14. To insert a gear wheel of a drive of a speedometer and to screw a cover greased герметизирующей with paste. 15. To establish a plate of the mechanism of blocking and to fix it by means of a pin. To insert a new stopper (covered герметизирующей paste) behind a forward part картера transmissions. 16. To insert two axes together with plugs, and also the reverse gear lever. To insert behind картера a selector axis. To establish a ring on a selector axis, and also its nave. 17. To screw a stopper of fixation of an axis of the selector, to insert sideways картера a spring and a stopper. 18. To establish a cover of a back part картера transmissions and to fix it in three places on cover perimetre. 19. To establish a cover on a forward part картера transmissions. 20. To screw картер couplings on a forward part картера transmissions (if in the given version it acts separately). 21. To remove a transmission from a desktop and to insert in картер transmissions of a plug of deenergizing, and also выжимной the coupling bearing.
