5.2. Removal and coupling installation

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a transmission. 2. To unscrew пореременно crosswise bolts of fastening of a leading part of coupling to a flywheel, blocking a screw-driver a gear wreath of a flywheel. 3. To remove a leading part and a coupling disk. 4. To disconnect a returnable spring from plugs of deenergizing of coupling. 5. To extend plugs of deenergizing of coupling from their nest and to take them together with выжимным the bearing. 6. To separate выжимной the bearing and plugs of deenergizing of coupling.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To establish картер couplings on картере transmissions, tightening bolts of its fastening by the corresponding moment. 2. By means of the corresponding plug to establish on a press a new ring on выжимной the bearing. 3. To grease graphite or молибденовой (МОS2) with greasing a sliding surface выжимного the bearing and its plug directing. 4. To establish the bearing on the plug. 5. To press the end of plugs into their nest so that the elastic terminations have clasped a spherical pin. 6. To hook on a returnable spring on plugs of deenergizing of coupling. 7. To be convinced that the elastic terminations of plugs compress a spherical pin. 8. To establish a disk of coupling by the smooth party in a flywheel direction. To insert aligning core 21.044 into apertures of a disk of coupling and a flywheel. 9. To establish a leading part of coupling and to tighten its bolts alternately crosswise corresponding moment.
