Lowering and lifting of glasses of lateral doors

Switches of electric lifts of glasses of forward left and right lateral doors

Glasses of lateral doors, depending on the version of equipment of the car, fall and rise by means of the handles located on an inside of doors, or электрически by means of the lifts operated buttons.

Electric mechanisms can be established in lobbies or in all lateral doors of the car. Electric switches are located on the average console behind the lever of a gear change and are accessible to the driver and the passenger.

Electric switches of mechanisms of back lateral doors are located in armrests. Besides, on the average console there is the additional switch switching off giving of a current to switches of management of glasses of back lateral doors and doing impossible opening of these windows. The additional switch should be pressed that management of opening of glasses of back lateral doors was possible.

Hatch opening

For hatch opening it is necessary to lower downwards the handle and to rotate it in a direction counter-clockwise. After hatch opening (partially or completely) it is necessary to combine the handle. At handle rotation in the opposite direction the hatch is closed.

For an inclination of a back part of the hatch it is necessary to rotate at the closed hatch the handle clockwise. After overcoming of considerable resistance the back part of the hatch will rise. After achievement of a necessary inclination it is necessary to combine the handle. At a great speed of movement the hatch inclination can cause formation in the car of the lowered pressure. It can be avoided by opening of average nozzles of system of ventilation on the forward panel.

The moved casing of the hatch can be established in any position irrespective of, whether the hatch is opened, is closed or inclined. Hatch opening causes simultaneously moving of its casing.

Air arrives in car salon through motionless and mobile nozzles of system of the ventilation, allowing to establish a direction of receipt of air. This air can be warmed up, if it arrives through a heater, using warmly cooling engine liquids.

Heating

The temperature and direction of giving of air are regulated by two moved vertically рычажками, located on the forward panel (fig. Elements of management of heating and ventilation see).

Air arrives through two motionless nozzles, and also through adjustable lateral and average nozzles of system of ventilation.

Adjustment of temperature of air

Air temperature is regulated left рычажком (1, fig. Elements of management of heating and ventilation see). In the top position of it рычажка heating is switched off, and in the bottom position – heating maximum. Рычажок can occupy any intermediate position to which there corresponds average temperature of heating of air.

Adjustment of a direction of giving of air

Right рычажок (2, fig. Elements of management of heating and ventilation see) regulates a direction of giving of air in car salon. In the top position of it рычажка (about a triangle, top directed upwards) air goes on a windscreen, and also to the lateral motionless lateral nozzles directing it on glasses of lateral doors (against запотевания glasses).

In the top position of it рычажка at triangle height, top directed downwards, air moves through two motionless nozzles in a floor direction.

On the average position рычажка between triangles air moves partially on wind and lateral glasses, and partially on a floor.

In the lowermost position of it рычажка air giving on glasses and on a floor is blocked, and between the position corresponding to the bottom triangle, and the lowest position air giving on glasses and on a floor the is less, than рычажок is more close to the lowest position.

Nozzles

Adjustment of a direction of giving of air does not concern two nozzles located in the middle of the forward panel. Intensity of receipt of air in them is regulated by handles close to them. Besides, mobile plates regulate a direction of giving of air both in horizontal, and in vertical planes. The temperature of air leaving through them depends on position рычажка (1, fig. Elements of management of heating and ventilation see).

The lateral nozzles located on both ends of the forward panel, as well as average nozzles, are regulated individually. Besides, in the top part they are not regulated and direct air stream on glasses of lateral doors (counteraction запотеванию glasses). Intensity of a stream of air through these parts of nozzles depend on position рычажка, regulating a direction of giving of air.

The fan

Intensity of a natural stream of air depends on speed of movement. At speed below 60 km/h intensity is small. It can be increased, having included the fan by means of the rotary switch located under рычажками of adjustment of heating and ventilation and which allows to work to the fan with three speeds.

The fan switch has four positions:

0 – the fan is switched off;
1, 2 and 3 – the fan is included, on each subsequent position – stronger giving of air.

Elimination запотевания glasses and defrosting of back glass

Under the left lateral nozzle the switch of heating of back glass is located. Pressing its bottom part causes inclusion, and on the top part – deenergizing of heating of back glass.

In some versions of cars deenergizing of heating of back glass comes automatically in 10 minutes after inclusion. Probably earlier manual deenergizing. The control bulb located under the switch, lights up at heating inclusion.


The prevention

Heating of back glass consumes an electric power considerable quantity. It is recommended to use it exclusively in an operating time of the engine and to switch off it right after how visibility through back glass becomes sufficient.


Heating of forward seats

In some versions of equipment of cars of sitting and their back (or only sitting of the driver) are warmed. Heating joins two рычажковыми switches (or one), located about an ashtray. Full efficiency this heating reaches in 4–6 minutes after inclusion.

The prevention

Heating of forward seats can be included at position of the ignition key in a position "I" (at the switched off ignition). It is recommended to include, however, heating at the working engine not to discharge the accumulator.


Heating of back glass

Heating of back glass joins the button (2, fig. of the Button of inclusion see) over the left lateral nozzle of system of ventilation.
The prevention

The heater of back glass consumes the big current, therefore it is recommended to use it exclusively in an operating time of the engine and to switch off it right after how visibility through back glass becomes sufficient.
